Knowledge and creative industries emerging at a more rapid pace coupled with the increasingly dynamic nature of the operating environments have meant that newer leadership styles emerge and take root. General trend of these styles have tended towards being more responsive, people oriented and empowering teams. This meant that leadership styles are more adaptive, facilitation and coaching style oriented as against the command and control style which tends to work in more mechanistic and predictable environments.
At OutcomesPlus we have a custom built Soft Leadership workshop – unique of its kind to build the soft leadership skills. This would focus on the areas of Coaching style leadership, Facilitation, Active Listening, Employee Engagement, Receiving and providing feedback.
Soft Leadership is extremely important in the case of Agile Transformation and OKR Implementation where the enabling nature of Leadership holds the key.
This workshop would be facilitated using Training from Back of the Room (TBR) format with exercises, self and group assessments and case studies.
